Turkey's First Neobank Misyon, will start operating in April.

Misyon Bank has completed establishment processes and ready to start operations during the second quarter of the year.

Mission Bank received its operating license with the decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency dated 15/12/2022 and numbered 10437 published in the Official Gazette dated 16/12/2022 and numbered 32045.

The Board of Directors decided to increase the company's capital by TL 200 million from TL 300 million to TL 500 million. Of the increased capital of 200 million TL, 165 million TL was covered by Inveo Yatırım Holding and 35 million TL by Gedik Yatırım.

It was announced that an agreement was reached between 'Papara', one of the leading payment institutions and e-money companies that initiated the transformation in the sector, and the current shareholders of Misyon Yatırım Bank. Within the framework of the signed letter of intent, Papara is planned to become a shareholder of Misyon Yatırım Bank with a shareholding of less than 10 percent.
